  • Prep Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Prep Step 2 - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  • Prep Step 3 - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  • Prep Step 4 - In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Prep Step 5 - Add in sugar and flour, beating until well blended.
  • Prep Step 6 - Mix in the vanilla extract, followed by one egg at a time, mixing just until blended after each egg.
  • Prep Step 7 - Fold in the sour cream until incorporated.
  • Prep Step 8 - Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for an hour after removing it from the oven.
  • Prep Step 9 - Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
