Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmas)

- Prep Step 1 - Prepare Grape LeavesRinse the grape leaves thoroughly to remove excess brine. Trim any thick stems.
- Prep Step 2 - Prepare FillingIn a large bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, rice, onion, parsley, mint, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Prep Step 3 - Stuff and RollPlace about one tablespoon of the filling onto the center of each grape leaf. Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.

Layer the bottom of a large pot with any leftover grape leaves to prevent sticking. Carefully place the rolled grape leaves, seam side down, in a single layer in the pot.
